in?

Now you've offered a contrary claim, that it was not for personnel, and presented that as "fact". Yet you get bothered that you're asked to actually support your contrary claim. And of course ignore the obvious questions I posed.

It's your claim. It's your job to support it if you want others to accept that claim.
